- We monitor all contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors to ensure they abide by their contractual agreement.
- All requests for payment are reviewed and tracked in detail to ensure compliance with the agreements and covering documentation.
- We assist with reviewing and negotiating change orders or contract modifications resulting from changes in the project scope, schedule, budget, or other conditions.
- We conduct field observations and review the project’s progress to ensure orderly and timely completion.
- Upon completing the project, we provide each trade with a punch list of their outstanding responsibilities and verify the turnover of all close-out documents to the Owner.
